  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 16 ounces chopped Butterfinger

Instructions

  1. Cream the softened butter in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the granulated and brown sugars; beat until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the peanut butter, followed by the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Butterfinger pieces.
  7. Chill the dough for at least 15 minutes in the fridge.
  8. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  9. Shape dough into balls about two inches wide and place on prepared sheets.
  10. Bake for approximately ten minutes or until set around the edges but still slightly shiny in the center.
  11. Allow cookies to cool on the pan for five minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
