  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup 2-5% vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Flaky salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Rinse blueberries under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix vanilla Greek yogurt with chopped walnuts until well combined.
  3. Dip each blueberry into the yogurt-walnut mixture and place them on a lined baking tray.
  4. Freeze the coated blueberries for about an hour until firm.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in short bursts until smooth.
  6. Coat each frozen blueberry cluster in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky salt.
  7. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes before enjoying.
