  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 315 grams sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon diced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Handful of coriander (to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Salmon: Season salmon fillets with oil, black pepper, dark soy sauce, and onion powder.
  2. 2. Fry the Salmon: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the seasoned fillets for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. 3. Sauté Aromatics: Remove salmon and sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan until fragrant.
  4. 4. Make the Sauce: Stir in sweet chilli sauce, coriander, and lime juice; simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
