  • 1 pouch Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix (1 lb 1.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped apple pie filling
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch glass pie plate.
  2. In a bowl, combine snickerdoodle cookie mix and softened butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom and sides of the pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth. Add sugar, flour, vanilla, and egg; mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix apple pie filling with cinnamon.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the baked crust, then spoon apple filling on top. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs over apples.
  6. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least three hours before serving.
