  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup broken graham cracker pieces
  • 2 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mini vegan marshmallows over the milk layer, followed by the chocolate chips and broken graham cracker pieces.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until the chocolate melts.
  6. Add remaining mini vegan marshmallows on top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  7. After cooling slightly, place broken chocolate bar pieces on top while warm; let cool fully before slicing.
