  • 3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes (sliced about ⅛-inch thick)
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until softened.
