  • 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping (thawed)
  • 6 oz blue mixed berry Jell-O
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 cups boiling water (divided)
  • 6 oz raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread half over the cooled crust.
  4. Prepare blue Jell-O with boiling water; let cool completely before layering over fresh blueberries on the cream layer.
  5. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the set blue Jell-O layer. Chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Prepare raspberry Jell-O; pour over raspberries on top of the cream layer, then chill for an additional couple of hours until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
