  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with parchment paper liners.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour about one heaping teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner to form the base layer.

  6. Divide the mixture into twelve discs and place one atop each chilled chocolate base.
