  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Additional chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar and fold in whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
  3. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter over medium heat until melted. Slowly whisk in beaten eggs until thickened. Fold in pecans and let cool.
  4. Spoon cooled pecan filling over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with extra chopped pecans.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
