  • 2 tablespoons plant-based oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
