  • 34 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ½ cups beef broth
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
