- 3 cups lightly steamed cauliflower florets
- 2 cups lightly steamed broccoli florets
- 12 ounces sliced chicken or turkey sausage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sauté the sliced sausage in a skillet until browned; set aside.
