  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 lb diced turkey slices
  • 1/4 cup diced provolone cheese
  • 2/3 cup diced grape tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup banana peppers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons banana pepper juice from the jar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • freshly cracked pepper
  • salt to taste (about 1/4 tsp)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all dressing ingredients—mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, banana pepper juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey slices, diced tomatoes, banana peppers, red onion, and cheeses.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
