3/4 cup cold brew or chilled brewed coffee
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4–5 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
In a blender, combine cold brew coffee, coconut milk, chia seeds, frozen banana, cinnamon, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. If too thin, add more ice and blend again.
Add the vanilla protein powder and pulse the blender a few times until fully mixed.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! Optionally, top with additional chia seeds or cinnamon.
