4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1½ cups Greek yogurt
1 egg white (lightly beaten)
Sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add Greek yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms.
On a clean surface, divide the dough into six equal pieces and roll each piece into a thick rope about 7-8 inches long. Pinch the ends to form a bagel shape.
Brush each bagel with the beaten egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning.
