  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • ⅛ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and basil.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, dijon mustard, yellow mustard, wholegrain mustard, white vinegar, paprika; set aside.
  4. Grill seasoned chicken for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Brush with half of the reserved sauce.
  5. Close the lid and cook for an additional 7 minutes; flip again and brush with more sauce.
  6. Cook for another 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let rest for 8 minutes before serving with remaining sauce.
