  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and press gently against the sides.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, cornstarch, and salt until smooth.
