  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil with minced garlic, melted butter, grated parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Coat the chicken in about two-thirds of the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown; baste with remaining marinade halfway through cooking.
  5. Allow to rest briefly before serving; garnish with extra parsley if desired.
