  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ small red onion (finely diced)
  • 3 large radishes (grated)
  • 2 stalks celery (small diced)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake for 16-18 minutes until flaky; let cool before flaking into chunks.
  3. Dice the red onion, grate radishes, and chop celery, dill, and chives; combine in a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Gently fold the dressing into the salad ingredients until combined.
  6. Serve chilled on its own or in wraps.
