  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white grape juice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of coarse salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine the sliced cucumbers, radishes, dill, and chives. Season with flaky sea salt and black pepper to taste.
