  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the corn by draining canned corn or thawing and drying frozen corn.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg until fluffy.
  3. Add flour, cheeses, breadcrumbs, and seasonings to the bowl; mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the corn until evenly distributed.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls or discs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat (or preheat the oven).
