  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and gradually add hot water, stirring until a shaggy dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into four portions, rolling one piece into a thin rectangle.
