  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

  3. Lay chicken flat, spoon filling onto one half, top with Brie, fold over, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Sear stuffed chicken in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, pour chicken broth around it, and bake for approximately 25 minutes until cooked through (165°F/75°C internal temp).
