  • 8 ounces brie cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400º F and spray muffin tins with cooking oil.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares per sheet; place each square into muffin tins.
  3. Chill the brie for 15 minutes, then cut into 24 pieces.
  4. Place two pieces of brie in each pastry shell and spoon one teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top. If desired, sprinkle with nuts.
  5. Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown; let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
