1 cup imitation crab meat (drained)
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic (minced)
4 green onions (sliced)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
24 wonton wraps
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sugar until well combined.
Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
While it bakes, heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry wonton wraps until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with crispy wonton chips and garnish with additional green onions or Thai sweet chili sauce if desired.
