  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the filling evenly on each tortilla and tightly roll them up. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté additional minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
