  • 1/2 tablespoon butter flavoring
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 8 oz. tub of cool whip
  • 1/4 cup cream soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream and blend until combined.
  5. Gradually add sugar while mixing until fully incorporated.
  6. Blend in eggs one at a time, ensuring each is mixed well before adding the next.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract and butter flavoring until smooth.
  8. Mix in butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips until well combined.
  9. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  10. Bake for about 60 minutes or until edges are set; center should remain slightly jiggly.
  11. Turn off the oven and leave the door ajar for an hour to cool gradually.
