  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (35g)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (35g), chopped
  • 1 honeycrisp apple (200g), chopped
  • 3/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt (170g)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey (31g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, red onion, and honeycrisp apple.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
