  • 2 ½ cups coarsely crushed pretzels
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 21 ounces blueberry pie filling
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter. Press into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in cool whip until combined.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust and top with blueberry pie filling and fresh blueberries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
