  • 2 cloves black garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white grape juice vinegar

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot covered with water. Bring to a boil, cover, and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice water bath to cool quickly. Peel and halve the eggs lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and mash them in a bowl until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white grape juice vinegar, minced black garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites generously.
