Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time into the butter-sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in buttermilk, sour cream, and melted white chocolate until everything is well combined.
  6. Gradually add your dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix just until incorporated.
  7. Gently fold in the raspberries using a spatula.
  8. Divide the batter between your prepared pans and bake for about 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
