  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 45 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Push the chicken aside; add another tablespoon of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir well before adding half of the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer.
  5. Combine drained pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
