  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pat the salmon fillets dry.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika to create the glaze.
  4. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes; remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving garnished with fresh parsley.
