  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3 cups bread cubes (stale or toasted)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and celery in one tablespoon of butter until soft; add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
