  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken pieces for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
  3. Transfer seared chicken to the slow cooker. Add flour, thyme, rosemary, and salt; mix well.
  4. Add garlic, onion, carrots, and potatoes to the slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth and add a bay leaf.
  5. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, stir in frozen peas and milk.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
