  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

  5. Fold in mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Cool in the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
