  • 16 ounces chicken sausage (or turkey)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 18 ounce package refrigerated cheese/spinach ravioli
  • 2 cups fresh chopped spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • shaved Parmesan for garnish
  • fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté diced onion with salt and pepper until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook until fragrant.
