  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding using 1 cup of milk for a thicker consistency. Fold in ½ cup Cool Whip and spread over the crust. Freeze again for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip before spreading over the chocolate layer.
  4. Optionally top with extra Cool Whip and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
