  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley (optional)
  • Naan bread
  • Steamed rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken in vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of butter until browned.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion in the same skillet until translucent.
