  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water; let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  4. Chop fresh toppings: lettuce, tomatoes (or pico de gallo), and cilantro.
  5. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, shredded lettuce, and seasoned beef.
  6. Top with black beans, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.
