Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, mix cold butter, brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly for the streusel topping.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and buttermilk until smooth.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
