  • 1 ½ cups diced peaches (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (for streusel topping)
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed (for streusel topping)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for streusel topping)
  • ¼ cup cold unsalted butter (for streusel topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix streusel ingredients until crumbly; chill.
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients in one bowl.
