  • Yukon Gold or red-skinned potatoes

  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with unsalted butter and sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese.
  3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, remaining butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and bouillon over low heat until blended.
  4. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline and layer them in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes covered; then uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
