  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 6 sheets phyllo pastry
  • ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the crumbled feta and ricotta until smooth.
  3. Cut phyllo sheets in half lengthwise; cover them with a damp towel to prevent drying.
  4. Brush one strip of phyllo with melted butter or olive oil, add about 1 tablespoon of the cheese filling at one end, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Repeat until all filling is used; brush tops with more melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, warm honey with chili flakes in a saucepan for drizzling.
  8. Once baked, drizzle the chili honey over the rolls and serve warm.
