  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

  • 1 cup whole milk (warmed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Warm milk to activate yeast; mix with flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Knead until smooth; let rise until doubled in size.
  3. Combine crushed Oreos with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  4. Roll out dough, spread the Oreo mixture evenly on top.
  5. Roll into a log shape and cut into 12 pieces.
  6. Let rolls rise again for about 20 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare frosting by mixing cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  9. Frost warm rolls and enjoy!
