  • 2 packages of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat, then stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar until smooth; allow to cool slightly.
  4. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish, top with half of the pudding mixture, another layer of crackers, remaining pudding, and finish with one more layer of crackers.
  5. Pour chocolate glaze over the top layer and smooth out. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
