Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Fresh lemon juice and zest
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Thyme
  • Parmesan or feta cheese (optional)

Instructions
