Ingredients

  • 2 bunches curly kale
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove stems from kale and wash thoroughly under cool water.
  2. Massage kale with 1 teaspoon sea salt for 1-2 minutes until softened.
