  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100ml warm water
  • 100g sour cream
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • 250g Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 red onion
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 10 walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by kneading flour, olive oil, salt, egg yolk, and warm water. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  3. Mix sour cream and crème fraîche in a bowl; season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Slice the Hokkaido pumpkin into thin strips and cut the red onion into rings. Crumble the feta and chop the walnuts.
  5. Roll out the dough thinly, spread the cream mixture over it, and layer with pumpkin slices, onions, feta, and walnuts.
