  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese, chicken, turkey pepperoni, and additional turkey slices on top of the rolls.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Spread over the sliders.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melty and tops are golden brown.
